  AGM. Schedule for the day: SLCC Members - registration at 9:30\, with the
  SLCC Lincolnshire branch AGM at 9:45. Non SLCC Members - registration at

 y Walsh\, from Council Culture presents Spun-out: A Nervous System with Tr
 ust Issues - Laugh\, Learn and find the edges of your comfort zone (Window
  of Tolerance). An interactive workshop inspired by Becky Walsh’s comedy
  show about anxiety\, trauma and the nervous system that thinks everything
  is a threat. It brings sharp humour\, uncomfortable truths and recognisab
 le moments from everyday working life. This is not therapy. It is a practi
 cal\, human session about why the body can react as though every difficult
  email\, meeting or conversation is a threat. The session will cover:Fight
 \, flight\, freeze and fawn. How these responses can show up in council li
 fe.Why replaying a conversation\, scanning a room or feeling exhausted aft
 er “doing nothing” can make sense.Simple ways to notice a stress respo
 nse before it takes over the rest of the day.Learn how your body can detec
 t the difference between vodka and water without sniffing or drinking it.I
 nteractive reflection\, laughter and practical regulation tools delegates 
 can use at work.A chance to feel seen\, better understand their own patter
 ns and leave slightly less on edge. There will be a festive buffet lunch a
