  Intro Day</a>\nJoin us for CiLCA training This is the recognised Level 3 
 professional qualification for Clerks. Five units with 30 learning outcome
 s. Candidates need to have demonstrated that they meet the assessment crit
 eria to an expected standard evidenced through a submitted portfolio. Trai
 ning is provided by accredited trainers at LALC with assessment through SL
 CC. The introductory session is available for candidates to decide whether
  they are ready to pursue this qualification. To obtain CiLCA it is advisa
 ble that you have at least 12-months' experience of local government proce
 dures. This is a Level 3 qualification equivalent to A' Level standard and
  you will need approximately 200 hours to complete your portfolio. During 
 the CiLCA introductory day you can discuss your availability to attend the
  face to face and remote online training dates and decide which will be mo
 st suitable for you. If you cannot attend dates in this cycle you may be a
 ble to mix and match and catch up in a later course cycle. The LALC fee to
  attend is currently £275 which includes training and 6-months mentoring.
  Once modules are ready to be submitted to SLCC to obtain the CiLCA qualif
 ication the current fee is £450 payable to SLCC. 2023 CiLCA Intro Day - 1
