Get Ready Now – For Data Protection Regulation Changes
Data Protection law is due to change significantly, with effect from 25 May 18 and councils are advised to start getting ready now for the introduction of the ‘General Data Protection Regulations’.
To assist, NALC has produced legal briefing – LO4-17 ‘Reform of data protection legislation’ setting out the 12 steps that councils should take now.
