NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board, in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council and Healthwatch Lincolnshire, is gathering feedback to better understand how people with sensory impairments experience health and care services. This insight will help shape future improvements and remove barriers that residents may face.

As a trusted voice in the community, your support would be invaluable. We kindly request that you publicise the survey, support people in your parish to complete the survey or complete the survey on behalf of someone you know.
