This course aims to cover types of agricultural tenancy and lettings and the implications of each type of agreement including agricultural allotments.
The course will also touch upon subletting, rent increases, agreeing rent levels, arbitration, assignments, succession rights and contract farming. There will be time to answer a few questions and help you decide if you need professional advice about any local situations.
