Building on our popular AI Days in Wales and across England, this is a practical, hands-on day. We will look at how artificial intelligence is already changing the way councils work, what Microsoft 365 and Copilot can do for a clerk's day-to-day, and how to start thinking about AI governance at council level.
The day runs two tracks — one for clerks and officers, one for councillors — so everyone leaves with something relevant to their role.
Lunch is included.
